About Mind Body Connect
Mind Body Connect is a health psychology-informed wellbeing and education space grounded in principles from Health Psychology and behavioural science.
We believe health behaviours are shaped by far more than motivation or willpower alone. Stress, routines, environment, emotions, physical health, relationships and everyday demands all influence our ability to care for ourselves and sustain change.
Mind Body Connect was created to make evidence-informed wellbeing support more accessible, practical and relevant to real life.
Through workshops, conversations, psychoeducational resources and wellbeing education, we help people better understand the connection between mind, body, behaviour and wellbeing in ways that feel realistic, compassionate and sustainable.
Our work focuses on:
-
Behaviour change and sustainable wellbeing
-
Stress and nervous system awareness
-
Women’s health and wellbeing
-
Prevention and health promotion
-
Real-life wellbeing for busy, complex lives
-
Families, caregiving and support
Mind Body Connect brings together health psychology, behavioural science and real-life wellbeing to make evidence-informed approaches more accessible, practical and relevant to everyday life.
“I created Mind Body Connect because I believe health and wellbeing should feel realistic, compassionate and accessible, and not be another source of pressure or perfectionism.”
Drawing on professional experience, academic study and lived experience, Mind Body Connect was created to make evidence-informed wellbeing more accessible, practical and relevant to everyday life.”
